Ray Larkin, Jr.

Ray Larkin, Jr. is presently chairman and chief executive officer of Eunoe, Inc., a San Francisco/Bay Area-based medical device company focused on the treatment of neurological disorders through the management of cerebrospinal fluid.

Prior to his position with Eunoe, Larkin was managing director of Group Outcome, a merchant bank with focus on equity buyouts and early equity investments in the medical device and biopharmaceutical industry. Larkin was president and chief executive officer of Nellcor Puritan Bennett, where he was responsible for managing the overall operations and strategic direction of the company. In August 1997, with the acquisition of Nellcor Puritan Bennett, Inc. by Mallinckrodt, Larkin was instrumental in creating what is now one of the world’s premiere healthcare companies with $2.6 billion in combined annual revenues.

Larkin serves as an advisor to Cutlass Capital, a venture capital firm, and Synecor, a venture capital/ technology development firm.

Larkin received a B.S. in industrial management from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1970. He served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1970-1975.
