Karen joined the Game Ready team in December 2003 and has over twenty years of proven broad sales and sales management experience in a variety of industries.

Most recently, Karen was the VP of Business Development for a software-based training system in the dental industry where she presented management seminars throughout the country and provided solutions to solve complex business problems. In this role, Karen grew the business over 200%, accelerating the company’s sales trajectory to achieve and maintain leadership in its market space. Karen moved to California in 1997 to become one of four founders of a nutraceutical company. As Vice President of Sales, Karen grew the company from the ground up, achieving $14 million in sales in only three years.

Karen holds a BBA degree with honors from the University of Memphis. Karen lives in the Oakland Hills where she enjoys sunsets, yoga, gardening, and feeding the wild turkey and deer in her free time.
