Location: Vacaville/Fairfield/Sacramento, CA

Job Summary:

The Clinical Specialist (CS) will be an extension of the Sales arm in the territory to provide support within the Direct Bill business model. Primary responsibilities include providing day-to-day service and product support for patient rentals within the territory, while also providing some assistance with the order management system.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Product maintenance
• Coordinating deliveries & pickups
• Patient deliveries & setups
• Scheduling and performing unit pickups
• Cleaning Game Ready products
• Maintaining product par levels
• Level 1 technical support
• Order/claims management

Requirements & Professional Experience:

• Associate’s Degree
• Medical/healthcare-related experience is helpful, but not necessary
• Must own/lease your own vehicle
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts each week
• Fluency in Spanish is helpful, but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
