Job Summary:
The Sales Rep I will be responsible for assisting the Regional Sales Manager in deepening relationships and building unit volume and revenue with existing Game Ready customers and prospective customers. The successful candidate will achieve this by strengthening the personal relationship with the end customer, demonstrating the products and selling effectively, and accomplishing sales and future business development. Targeted customers include hospitals, doctor’s offices, and occupational therapy practices with a key target on clinics servicing injured workers. In addition, the Sales Rep I will be responsible for all operational aspects of the home health business model.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Schedule daily patient deliveries of the Game Ready product.
- Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive account management plan including identification of key revenue-producing customers and creation of annual and quarterly budgets.
- Make sales calls and close business.
- Assist in conducting quarterly and annual business reviews for the territory.
- Assist the Sales Manager in creating weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts.
- Attend local tradeshows.
Requirements & Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of account management experience (medical background helpful)
- Willing to travel within local territory
- Willing to accept the position knowing it is a blend of 65% patient service and 35% sales prospecting
- Proven track record managing customers
- Detail oriented
- A good listener with the ability to hear and respond to customer needs and concerns
- A good communicator with the ability to present new concepts to customers in a clear and concise way
- Team player
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
